We can’t wait to interact with everyone face-to-face and present our innovative, affordable medical solutions to an international community of vets. Been at IMS since: April 2021 – I joined on April Fool’s Day! What does an average day at IMS look like for you? From creating the marketing activities to senior management meetings which support the business across multiple functions, my days are always jampacked with a variety of exciting & challenging tasks. But I couldn’t get through the day without my talented team! What do you love most about working for IMS? IMS is growing rapidly & it’s so exciting to be on the journey. We’re one big family on an adventure to an even bigger success through hard work, passion & determination, combined with lots of giggles & the best supportive cuddles. What are you most excited about in 2022? I am excited to see how much my team will develop & grow as the company grows. On a personal note, I have recently got engaged in Vegas! So I am looking forward celebrating with friends and family over the coming months. Favourite pastime? I love relaxing & escaping to the countryside on weekends away with my nearest & dearest. But I also enjoy putting my glad rags on for Chester Races, nights out, as well as fancy dress parties!
Recycled Packaging
Due to the excess of boxes thrown away after one purchase, delivering your medical supplies can come at the expense of the environment. So, with a focus on decreasing our carbon footprint, as well as yours, we will be reducing, reusing and recycling the packaging of your medical orders. All this means is that your deliveries might come packaged in our supplier boxes to maximise our recycling targets, which in turn, contributes to your practice’s green credentials. If your order arrives in packaging
that doesn’t match what you ordered, we recommend opening it and checking the contents before contacting us.

To maintain high stock availability it is important that IMS Euro not only undertake daily stock checks but also, an annual stock take. Given that we stock over 7,000 products, this annual stock take necessitates that our stock remains ‘static’ during the count and as such, we will not be dispatching orders on Friday 25th November. However, customers will still be able to place orders as usual on Friday 25th November via the website and, via IMS Euro Customer Services during our normal operating hours - with these orders then, being picked and dispatched on Monday 28th for, delivery on Tuesday 29th.
