The Nebraska Demolition Derby Championship concludes the State Fair, and the 10 events that make up the point series beginning in June. Class events include Limited Weld, Bone Stock and Old School. ($) 2 p.m. | motorports park
MILKING PARLOR Happy cows make nutritious milk! Stop by the Milking Parlor and hear all about milking cows as these girls show you how the provide protein-rich milk for ice cream, butter, yogurt and much more. P Milking Parlor | 11 a.m. BIRTHING PAVILION VET TALKS Come to the Birthing Pavilion for Vet Talk. The Veterinarians behind the Birthing Pavilion will be discussing a variety of topics.
