Fairgoers who’ve witnessed the Ultimate Bullfighters Tour know the thrills in store. In this freestyle event, bullfighters have 60 seconds to score points by performing dangerous stunts as close to the bull as possible without getting hit. ($) 7 p.m. | u.s. foods outdoor arena

4-H CULINARY CHALLENGE Contestants create a menu, prepare one food item and choose an appropriate theme for their occasion, all while expressing their food, nutrition and food safety knowledge during a live interview with a judge at the contest. P Raising Nebraska | 4:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. DRAFT HORSE PULL Come watch these gentle giants compete against each other in a pulling competition. competing in an in-hand show! These wild horses were adopted just months ago and have already made tremendous stride in their trust for their owners. P US Foods Outdoor Arena | 9 a.m. 4-H POULTRY SHOW P Sheep Barn | 10 a.m. CHEER & DANCE EXHIBITION Cheer on and support High School Cheer and Dance teams from all over Nebraska! CASE IH COMBINE RIDES Free combine rides are available every day of Fair on a Case combine - the same big machines farmers use for harvest! Take a ride around the big track and expereince a Grand Island-made combine from the inside of the cab. P Fonner Park Track | All Day DRONE AND FIREWORKS SHOW Watch as the night sky lights up with dazzling fireworks following by 300 dancing drones moving in unison. This is a sight that you certainly do not want to miss! P Grounds-wide | 10 p.m.
