Our friends in Amalfi will be teaching us how they make pizza crust dough. To complete the experience, we’ll either make traditional pizza OR panzerotti – whichever you prefer. We will also be making Lemon Tiramisu… Here are the ingredients you’ll need. By the way, when we were there, all the chefs talked about how important it was to use double zero flour…super fine. I’m going to hopefully have some shipped here by then.
