Amalfi Coast Pizza Dough Workshop - Ingredients Listing

Our friends in Amalfi will be teaching us how they make pizza crust dough. To complete the experience, we’ll either make traditional pizza OR panzerotti – whichever you prefer. We will also be making Lemon Tiramisu… Here are the ingredients you’ll need. By the way, when we were there, all the chefs talked about how important it was to use double zero flour…super fine. I’m going to hopefully have some shipped here by then. All purpose flour will be just fine (just single fine, though…tee hee) Pizza or Panzerotti Pizza or Panzerotti Pizza dough Pizza dough 1 kg 00 flour (all-purpose flour) 4 cups of flour (all-purpose flour) Salt Salt 25 gr fresh yeast 2 tablespoons fresh yeast 1 lt fry oil 4 ¼ cups of fry oil

For the filling 500 gr tomato sauce 100 gr cherry tomatoes 500 gr mozzarella cheese

1 pound of mozzarella cheese



125 gr Buffalo mozzarella

¼ cup Buffalo mozzarella Extra virgin olive oil
