The number of condo listings in Burnaby South, at 81, increased 9% month-over-month but fell 8% vs last year. August’s condo sales, at 81, were 11% above last month and 5% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 20% in August, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a balanced market. The condo benchmark price in August was $656,300 down 3% from July but 1.2% higher vs August 2019. The average sold price was $611,415 with an average PSF sales price of $737 (down 5% and 3%, respectively, vs July).
