The 45 townhome sales in August were a 17% decrease month-over-month but were 36% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 37% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in August was $688,900, 0.6% below July but 6% higher vs August 2019. The average sold price was $828,476 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $499 (1.4% and 2% higher, respectively, vs July).
