At 114, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 11% vs last month and 16% below August 2019. The 45 townhome sales in August were up 10% from July and 55% above August 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 39%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. August’s benchmark price was $1.01M, increasing 1.5% from July and 6% above August of last year. The average sold price was $1.06M (1.1% above July) while the average PSF sales price was $631 (an 11% decrease from July).
