Condo listings in Squamish in August, at 64, were 19% below July and 24% lower than in August 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up 240% in August but 15% lower month-over-month (at 17). Increasing to 27%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. August’s condo benchmark price of $493,000 was 6% above July but 1.6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $475,147 at an average PSF sales price of $570 (up 1.8% and 2%, respective- ly, month-over-month).
