The sales-to-listings ratio remained at 25%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. August’s condo benchmark price of $403,000 was 0.3% below July but 5% higher vs August 2019. The average sold price was $408,956 at an average PSF sales price of $526 (down 4% and up 2%, respectively, from July).
