Condo listings in Vancouver East increased 6% month-over-month (to 564) while August’s listings were up 19% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased 0.6% from July (to 155) and were up 25% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 27%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. August’s condo benchmark price was $600,800, 1.8% higher month-over-month and 6% above this time last year. The average sold price was $689,453, a 6% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $900, 6% above last month.
