At 225, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 0.4% lower in August than in July and 12% below August 2019. Townhome sales, at 43, were down by 10% vs July but up 19% vs last August. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 19% in August as Vancouver West’s townhome market tran- sitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price in August was $1.16M, 2% above last month and 4% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.42M, while the average PSF sales price was $991 (increasing 8% and 1.4%, respectively, from last month).
