Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,791 in August, 3% above July and 20% higher vs August 2019. Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 1.2% in August (to 343), while year-over-year sales rose by 9%. Decreasing to 19%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in balanced market territory. August’s condo benchmark price of $799,400 was 0.7% higher month-over-month and 6% higher vs August 2019. The average sold price was $946,253 at an average PSF sales price of $1,042 (down 1.6% and 1.4%, respectively, month-over-month).
