The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 0.7% between July and August, to 143, but were 14% higher vs August 2019. The 11 condo sales in August were 22% above last month and 38% lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 8% in August, as West Vancouver’s condo market remained a buyer’s market. The condo benchmark price was $1.00M in August, 0.5% above July but 6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.01M (down 35% vs July) and the average PSF sales price was $947 (11% below July).
