Overwatering can cause drainage issues, high water bills, and excessive water on your neighbor’s property, these are not warranted by DR Horton. If you have excessive water on your property, please contact your neighbor to alert them of their overwatering, also confirm your irrigation times and durations. Turn down water in-between homes and shaded areas, these areas typically do not need as much water. Overwatering can harm your landscaping just as much as underwatering, consult a landscaper if needed for more information.
