Warmflow rewards installers

ENCOURAGING INSTALLERS TO MAKE THE MOST OF ITS REWARDS PROGRAMME OVER THE COLDER MONTHS, THE HEATING SOLUTIONS PROVIDER HAS ALSO INVESTED IN NEW MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY…

As the heating industry’s busiest months approach, Warmflow is encouraging installers to make the most of every job by registering their installations through Warmflow Connect, the company’s free rewards programme.

Warmflow Connect rewards installers for choosing Warmflow products. Every eligible installation registered earns points, which can be redeemed against a range of rewards — including coffee vouchers, Warmflow-branded Yeti mugs and much more, perfect for those early starts and busy days. Register your Zeno Air Source Heat Pumps, Agentis Oil Boilers and Nero Hot Water Cylinders on Warmflow Connect, keeping all your installs in one place. With installation volumes typically rising through autumn and winter, registering each product not only builds an installer’s points balance but also ensures their work is recorded quickly and efficiently on the Warmflow Connect platform. Investing in innovation Meanwhile, Warmflow has added a new robotic press brake bending cell to its Northern Ireland manufacturing facility, automating the sheet metal bending process for the casings and heat exchangers used across its product ranges. The system pairs a robotic arm with a CNC press brake, loading and bending panels to consistent tolerances with minimal manual input - a step up from traditional manual bending in both speed and repeatability. That precision

matters at Warmflow’s specification: boiler shells are formed from 5mm thick steel, a heavier gauge that demands exact, repeatable force to achieve a clean, consistent bend. For installers, the investment translates directly into a higher standard of manufacturing quality. Every panel is bent to the same exact tolerance, giving installers a consistent standard of fit and finish they can rely on, unit after unit. Automating a labour-intensive stage of production also helps control manufacturing costs and keeps lead times down, supporting more competitive pricing and quicker turnaround without any compromise on build quality. The investment continues Warmflow’s programme of in-house manufacturing upgrades, keeping production based in Northern Ireland and supply chains short and responsive for installers.
