full-inverter technology, providing an efficient and flexible solution for both new-build and retrofit projects. Distributed by Exi-tite, the range offers heating capacities from 41kW to 253kW, making it particularly suited to larger commercial applications where reliable heating and cooling performance is essential. Its reversible operation enables a single system to provide both heating and cooling, while high-temperature water production further increases the range of potential applications. At the heart of the ZIRAN Pro is R290 propane refrigerant, which has a very low Global Warming Potential of just 3 while offering strong thermodynamic performance. KEYTER has also incorporated a reduced refrigerant charge into the design as part of its focus on minimising environmental impact. Full-Inverter operation allows the system to adapt its output to changing demand, helping improve seasonal efficiency. The units incorporate
inverter-driven semi-hermetic piston compressors, electronic expansion valves, high-efficiency heat exchangers and EC fans. Intelligent controls also manage the defrosting process to support efficient operation in challenging conditions. Safety has also been central to the design, particularly given the use of R290. The ZIRAN Pro incorporates refrigerant leak detection and an ATEX extraction fan, alongside a robust enclosed refrigeration compartment. Careful insulation helps protect the equipment while also reducing operational noise. Combining high-temperature capability, inverter technology and low-GWP refrigerant, the KEYTER ZIRAN Pro provides a versatile solution for commercial projects looking to move towards more efficient heating and cooling technologies.
