Tell us about the partnership between KANE and CalMet Our partnership with KANE stems back nearly 10-plus years and, in 2021, we became a KANE Service Centre & Sales Distribution Hub for Ireland. Working closely together, we built version one of our KANE Service Centre which has served us well. During 2025, we started to develop the second version of our KANE Service Centre, which comprises a new state-of-the-art lab including KANE’s AutoCal system. What KANE services are available from the Dublin service centre? The main benefit of having a KANE service centre in Ireland is that your analyser does not have to be shipped to the UK for calibration and service, saving customers time and money. Another benefit is local support, when you need it, whether you drop into us in Sandyford, Dublin, or pick up the phone and call us. How does the calibration process work and what turnaround can customers expect? The calibration process couldn’t be easier; we like to say it’s as easy as 1-2-3. 1 Contact us, through our website, CalMet.ie and arrange collection & delivery, or simply drop it into us or ship it to us directly 2 We calibrate & service the analyser according to KANE CARE within 48 hours 3 We contact the customer and dispatch the analyser
