INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven and place chicken in ovenproof dish.

Whole chicken, spatcocked / cut into portions

STEP 2 Place onion over chicken.

STEP 3 Blend the rest of ingredients, except the sour cream.

White vinegar

Tomato sauce

125ml

STEP 4

Pour sauce over chicken and bake until fully cooked (about 1 hour).

Worcestershire sauce

STEP 5 Add the sour cream to the sauce and serve.

Mustard

Chutney

STEP 6 Serve with rice.

Ground peri-peri

NOTE:

For a bit more heat, add extra peri peri.
