Tomato paste

Water, wine / stock to deglaze

Parmesan, finely grated

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves
method STEP 1
Prepare the polenta as per package instructions.
STEP 2 Saute onion and garlic.
STEP 3 Add minced beef and cook until lightly browned.
STEP 4
Deglaze the pan with liquid.
STEP 5 Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and basil leaves and cook until broken down and saucy. STEP 6 Spread the cooked polenta on a flat dish, cover with Bolognaise sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
