We are thrilled to share the story of Gerry Norris, a beloved member of our community here in the South. Gerry’s connection to our region runs deep, spanning three generations, and his love for the South is truly inspiring. Despite living and working in various places around the world, he always comes back to the South, which he proudly calls home. Longbeach Mall holds a special place in Gerry’s heart, being a hub for both shopping and conducting business. As a culinary enthusiast, he has graciously shared three cherished family recipes with us: French Onion Soup, Chimichurri Sauce, and Limoncello Liqueur. These recipes reflect his dedication to preserving his family’s culinary heritage, and we are honored to have them as part of our collection. It’s inspiring to see how deeply ingrained these recipes are in his family’s multicultural history, and it’s clear that he hopes they will bring joy to many other families in the Valley for generations to come.
