HOW PHYSICAL THERAPY CAN PREVENT FALLING AS YOU AGE

Fall prevention could save U.S. citizens millions of dollars in medical bills and save lives, too. Falling can cause a litany of expensive future medical problems as well as diminish a senior’s quality of life and mobility. With all these statistics, it may seem like falls are a regular product of aging, but falling is completely preventable! As your eyesight worsens and your joints stiffen, you don’t have to live in fear over tripping, falling, or collapsing in your home. Physical therapy is a tool that can help you get there.
