In an increasingly complex, uncertain, and unpredictable world, relying solely on past
experiences, intuition, or generic best practices may prove inadequate. Solutions that worked previously or for other organizations may not address our unique challenges and could even exacerbate issues. When devising HR interventions to support business strategy, it's imperative to base decisions on reliable data, research, and external analysis. Employing empirical evidence ensures more informed and effective HR strategies and practices.
