Many viewed this particular flight as symbolising the spreading of Air Serbia‘s wings – self-assured, ambitious and globally oriented. Mediterranean spring As the days became longer, Air Serbia continued building air bridges between Belgrade and Europe’s most beautiful coastal destinations. of Tuscany and a city of art that’s always fashionable. June brought the introduction of flights to Mykonos, one of the most spectacular Greek islands, but also to Sardinia’s Alghero – a city of pastel façades, cobblestone streets and the scent of the sea. These destinations didn’t only complement the network, but also showed how travellers from Belgrade are increasingly opting for summer holidays that combine authenticity, nature and a positive life rhythm. In the spirit of new connections Air Serbia took flight in early summer for Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia – a land with a fascinating history, wines and landscapes that connect the Caucasus and the Black Sea. Flights to Tbilisi introduced Serbian travellers to a new region – one where East and West connect in every bite of khachapuri and every view of the mountain peaks. Announcement of the year: Toronto The autumn period was marked by a news story that generated the most excitement: the announcement of a direct Belgrade- Toronto route, with tickets are already on sale. Scheduled to launch in May 2026, this marks Air Serbia’s return to North America with a destination that’s long been on the wish list of members of the Serbian diaspora, but also all fans of Canada. This route doesn’t just represent another regular departure, but also the symbolic connecting of continents, families and stories.
