Air Serbia has unveiled its new visual identity, which combines cultural heritage, the emotions of travelling and the national airline’s reliability in a modern and elegant way. A ir Serbia’s new look, under the slogan “Tradition elevated”, is infused with recognisable elements of Serbian folk ornamentation – patterns that have been part of everyday life for centuries, in fabrics, tablecloths and tableware – that have now been transposed into a modern visual language symbolising interconnection, warmth and continuity. The airline found inspiration in factors that are integral to Serbian culture: attention to detail and respect for symbols that preserve unity. Recognisable geometric forms that used to signify welcomeness in households now represent a recognisable visual stamp of Air Serbia – a brand that welcomes passengers with that same warmth and reliability, though in a modern and globally relevant form. The system’s design was conceived in such a way as to express the character of the brand: simple and yet strong; warm and yet precise; deeply rooted, but still open. The colour palette combines tones that are associated with tradition and stability, while clean lines and modern typography create a clear visual identity that’s easily recognised in all channels of communication. This new visual identity isn’t merely an aesthetic change – it represents the evolution of a brand that’s developing together with its passengers. Air Serbia remains consistent in its mission of nurturing Serbian hospitality and its own recognisable service, while at the same time clearly demonstrating its readiness to respond to the demands of the modern market and digital communication. As the country’s national airline, Air Serbia has the unique responsibility and privilege of being an ambassador of Serbian culture, style and values. The new identity doesn’t only reflect the airline’s look, but also its way of thinking – reflecting the balance between tradition and innovation, and between roots and horizons. PROGRAM LOJALNOSTI ER SRBIJE / AIR SERBIA LOYALTY PROGRAMME E r Srbija je potpisala petogodišnji sporazum o strateškom partnerstvu sa kompanijom „Loyalty Juggernaut Inc.“ (LJI), što označava važnu prekretnicu u razvoju programa lojalnosti. Sporazum su 7. novembra u sedištu srpske nacionalne avio-kompanije zvanično potpisali generalni direktor Er Srbije Jirži Marek i Šjam Šah, generalni direktor kompanije „Loyalty Juggernaut“. Ovo strateško partnerstvo odražava zajedničku posvećenost obe kompanije pružanju inovativnih rešenja usmerenih na kupce i predstavlja ključni korak napred u jačanju strategije angažovanja kupaca i inovacija Er Srbije. Kao deo partnerstva, Er Srbija će implementirati naprednu softversku platformu GRAVTY® kompanije LJI, koja će služiti kao osnova za novi program lojalnosti avio-kompanije, koji će biti pokrenut u martu sledeće godine. Platforma je dizajnirana da pruži personalizovana, na podacima zasnovana iskustva koja nagrađuju lojalnost korisnika na smislen i moderan način. A ir Serbia is pleased to announce the signing of a five-year strategic partnership agreement with Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. (LJI), marking a major milestone in the development of its proprietary loyalty programme. The agreement was officially signed on 7 th November at the Serbian national airline‘s headquarters by Air Serbia CEO Jiri Marek, and Shyam Shah, CEO of Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. Company. This strategic partnership reflects both companies' joint commitment to providing innovative customer-centric solutions and is a key step forward in strengthening Air Serbia's customer engagement and innovation strategy. As part of the partnership, Air Serbia will implement LJI’s advanced GRAVTY® software platform, which will serve as the foundation for the airline’s new loyalty programme, set to launch in March next year. The platform is designed to deliver personalised, data-driven experiences that reward customer loyalty in meaningful and modern ways.
