last few years numerous projects, ranging from the very small to extremely large and intricate, have been followed through by our dedicated contract division. An in-depth study of the installation project begins following instructions from the customer or architect; designs are developed and they are sent as part of different proposals by post or e-mail. When the customer has chosen among the various proposals, work starts on the preparation of samples for final approval. In the meantime the technical office, having received the floor plans of the areas involved, develops the laying plan so as to present thecustomer with themost attractive and technologically sound result possible. Carpets and borders are designed specifically for the laying areas, in order to limit the joints and optimise carpet usage, reducing waste to the bare minimum. The service and assistance provided with each individual order is supplied at no extra cost, because we have always considered it as one of the key components in our customer ’s satisfaction. The particular care lavished on each project and the way in which they are developed has enabled us to get our carpets known and appreciated in the world of contract.
