communicated and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Sachi has an eye for design and staging, along with superb interpersonal skills. Jason is not only professional and proficient, but he really knows the business side of real estate as well! We fully entrusted them with the advice they gave us in order to receive top dollar on the sale of our home to the extent that they exceeded our expectations with $185,000 over the asking price. We never would’ve imagined Jason’s superior negotiation skills would’ve landed us beyond top dollar on the sale of our home! They coordinated so many aspects and took the stress off of us when we already had so many moving pieces to deal with. Additionally, they have an excellent team to assist them with the additional home repairs that needed to be completed along the way prior to the sale at a very reasonable price. If I could give anyone advice who chooses to work with Jason and Sachi, it would be to put 100% of your trust in them. They will not disappoint! Thank you both! You exemplify excellence!”

DIRECTIONS 1. In a large bowl, combine egg, soy sauce, mochiko, cornstarch, sugar, salt, chopped green onions, garlic, and ginger. 2. Use the flat side of a meat tenderizer to gently flatten the chicken. Slice into about 2-inch pieces. Add the pieces to egg mixture and toss to thoroughly coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15–30 minutes before frying. 3. In a large wok, bring 1 inch of vegetable oil to high heat. Once shimmering, reduce heat to medium. 4. Gently place 7–9 pieces of chicken into the oil. Be careful not to overcrowd. Fry for 2 ½–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Remove any pieces of batter between batches of chicken.
