Debutante Miss Jaylen Gail Brunson aylen Gail Brunson is the daughter of Mrs. Christina Brunson and Mr. Antonio Brunson. Jaylen attends St. Vincent-St. Mary High School . Jaylen is on the Principles list and The National Honor Society. She is involved as a Student Ambassador, a member of the Scholars Academy, Presidents Council Scholar Program, Black Student Union Vice- President, Irish Athletes for Christ, basketball team, soccer team, Yearbook staff, and Spanish Club. Her community involvement includes serving as a NAACP Youth Advocate. Jaylen enjoys playing soccer, hanging out with her friends, and getting her nails done. When asked why she wanted to become a debutante, she replied, "I would like to be a debutante because I think it will be a great experience for me to learn new things and I am hoping for a chance to win scholarship money for college.” In letters of recommendation, Jaylen is described as kind, compassionate and hardworking. She is a leader on the soccer field. The decorum in which she carries herself reflects the respect she has for the community and school. Upon graduation, Jaylen plans to attend Clark Atlanta University and study criminal justice and social work.
