Debutante R’riyanna Marie Sims
R ’riyanna Marie Sims is the daughter of Mrs. Michelle N. Andrus and Mr. Richard A. Anderson. She attends Firestone Community Learning Center and excels in the 3.0 Club, cheerleading, DECA and is a trained dancer at the Born to Dance330 D ance S tudio. When asked why she wanted to become a debutante, she replied, “I want to be a part of a sisterhood to connect with other young ladies and have the opportunity to participate in some of the traditions that have made us strong as people.” In letters of recommendation, R’riyanna is described as respectful and empathetic. She is dedicated to improving her intellect and views herself as a member of a wider community. She is responsible, motivated, disciplined and extremely talented. R’riyanna is a team player and always works for the good of others.
Upon graduation, R’riyanna plans to attend Howard University and study nursing.
