Leadership and Employee Development • To provide outstanding leadership for the team, setting clear direction and providing regular feed- back. • To ensure that only the highest calibre of employee are recruited for the department. • To ensure that any new recruits are appropriately supported in order to ensure the successful com- pletion of their probation. • To promote continuous learning and development of the team, utilising all available Company re- sources. • To identify individual training requirements and ensure that Department, process and systems knowledge are of the highest standards. • To ensure that standards are being reviewed reg- ularly and activities are conducted to ensure the continual development and productivity of all members of the team.
