Completion Checklist: Make sure you have completed each of the following.
*Attach photo of bill of lading, with notes on which boxes are damaged.
*Attach a photo of each damaged box

We endeavor to have replacement parts leave our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the above required information. Please follow our mandatory receiving requirements which are included with every tracking number. 96
