As we reach the final quarter of the year, the tax landscape continues to evolve, bringing with it both challenges and opportunities for our clients. In particular for those impacted by the significant changes announced to Inheritance Tax Reliefs announced at the last Budget. M any people are taking steps to consider their position now, with reports of a 60% increase in the pension commencement lump sum (formerly called the tax-free lump sum) being taken over the past year.
