Meadow Barn is surrounded by a private arrival courtyard complete with fountain and terrace seating area where the sun sets every evening.
Surrounding our terrace is our outdoor ceremony space, complete with a living willow tunnel, arbour and lawns.

Getting Ready We wanted to create a beautiful, welcoming space where you and your bridal party can relax, prepare, and enjoy those special moments before the celebrations begin. Thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, our bridal suite has everything you need to get ready in style from spacious dressing areas and comfortable seating to plenty of natural light, perfect for your hair and makeup. Whether you’re sharing the morning with just a few close friends or a larger bridal party, there’s ample room for everyone to feel at ease. It’s the ideal setting to sip a glass of bubbly, share a few giggles, and soak up the excitement of the day ahead. The bridal suite is available as an optional extra for £450 and can be enjoyed from 6am until 6pm, giving you plenty of time to prepare and make beautiful memories before you say “I do.”
The Ceremony
You may choose to exchange your vows in our beautiful oak- beamed barn, a truly charming and intimate setting for your special day. The barn is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and offers a warm, rustic atmosphere that your guests will remember for years to come. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests during the day and 150 in the evening, providing ample space for both your ceremony and evening celebrations. A small fee of £200 applies for hosting a civil ceremony on the premises. If a traditional church ceremony is your preference, rest assured that we are fully prepared to welcome you and your guests afterwards. From the moment your ceremony concludes, we will be ready to host the remainder of your wedding day in style, ensuring that the celebration continues seamlessly. Whether you choose the charm of the barn or the tradition of a church wedding, our team is dedicated to making your day truly unforgettable, filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Outdoor Ceremony Space We offer a stunning outdoor setting with sweeping countryside views, ideal for celebrant-led or civil wedding ceremonies. To keep things stress-free, we confirm whether the ceremony will take place outdoors up until the night before, allowing us to adapt if the weather isn’t on our side. This means you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors when possible, with the reassurance of a smooth alternative if needed—so your day is seamless, memorable, and exactly as you imagined.

Food and Drink We take immense pride in crafting our menus using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, ensuring every dish is as fresh, vibrant, and flavourful as possible. Each menu has been thoughtfully designed to provide everything you could wish for on your special day, combining both health- conscious choices and exciting culinary experiences that will delight you and your guests. To enhance your celebration, we offer a selection of delicious canapés to accompany your drinks reception, providing the perfect bite-sized treats while you and your guests mingle and toast to your special day. We are always delighted to explore your ideas, themes, or personal touches in greater detail, and we encourage you to share your vision with us so that we can help bring it to life. To make planning easier, we have prepared guideline drinks packages that feature a carefully curated selection of reception drinks and wines, thoughtfully paired to complement your canapés and overall menu. If you prefer something truly unique, we are more than happy to create a bespoke drinks and canapé package tailored specifically to complement your menu, suit your tastes, and reflect your personalities. We understand just how much pets can mean to our couples, which is why we are delighted to welcome four-legged guests to your wedding day. Your furry family members are more than welcome to join in the celebrations, adding an extra layer of love and joy to the occasion. They can stay with you throughout the entire day and evening, sharing in all the special moments, from the excitement of getting ready, to the ceremony, and all the way through the evening celebrations. Allowing your pets to be part of your wedding not only makes the day feel even more personal and meaningful, but it also ensures that every member of your family, both two-legged and four-legged, can be included in your unforgettable memories.

Accomodaion We have 32 beautifully appointed bedrooms available for you and your guests, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to rest and unwind before and after your wedding celebrations. To make your stay even more special, your wedding guests will enjoy a discounted room rate, allowing them to be close by and fully part of your special day without any added stress. Please note that, to ensure availability for your party, 8 of the barn rooms must be booked on the night of the wedding. These charming rooms, located within the heart of the barn, provide a unique and cozy experience that complements the rustic elegance of your celebration. Staying on-site not only gives you and your guests the convenience of being just steps away from the festivities but also allows everyone to continue the celebration into the evening without worry.
