From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the excellent landscaping and care provided by resort staff and volunteers. As you drive through the gated entry, you will recognize that Briarcliffe RV Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is not just any RV resort. The resort has paved streets with streetlights and each site has a concrete parking area and patio. Briarcliffe RV Resort is centrally located between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. The Myrtle Beach area is world renowned for its beautiful sunny weather, sandy beaches, manicured golf courses, and four-star dining, making Briarcliffe RV Resort one of the premier RV resorts on the east coast. Highlighting Briarcliffe's amenities is the 85-foot oversized Olympic swimming pool with cool deck and lounges to offer swimming or just lying in the sun. The view from the pool overlooks the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. Outdoor activities include an 18-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard, basketball court, horseshoe pits, and a youth playground. The resort also offers an all-denominational church service every Sunday.
Visit the clubhouse that has a large recreation hall where there are weekly activities (free bingo, ice cream socials, line dancing, and various holiday functions). If you wish to go off-site, check out Barefoot Landing, a retail and entertainment village, located within walking distance. The sites can accept big rigs and provide the utilities to accommodate your state-of-the-art equipment. All are back-in sites, no pull-through sites or buddy sites. The resort maintains two bathhouses with tiled, hot water facilities and restrooms with handicap access. If you decide to drive less than a mile to the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, you will find that public parking is easily available. If golf is your interest, there are several courses within five miles of the resort and more than 100 in the Myrtle Beach area.
