In June 2024, Outdoor Adventures Kalamazoo Resort in Kalamazoo, Michigan opened a new section of its campground. The new expansion has 76 campsites—72 full hook-ups with 50 amp, water, and sewer and 4 with 50 amp and water. Each features a cement pad, new picnic table, and campfire ring, all in a peaceful, secluded area. "This expansion has been a long time in the making, a true labor of love and dedication," said Brad Gohr, Outdoor Adventures Chief Operating Officer. "Each of these new sites represents not just an expansion of space, but an expansion of our commitment to providing exceptional outdoor experiences." Wherever you set up your rig, you’ll feel secure with the 24-hour security. Choose to relax at your RV site or go exploring. You could start at the All Seasons Lodge. Gather with friends and family around the flat-screen TV or sit in front of a roaring fire or enjoy a pickup basketball game, play volleyball or horseshoes.

The activities department will keep you busy with a variety of interesting activities, including live entertainment. There are also putt- putt, a playground, and an outdoor pool. If you need to add to your pantry, shop at the general store. Your friends and family can go on vacation with you. The resort has 9 units on property for anyone who doesn't have an RV. The resort staff haven’t forgotten that you may be traveling with your furry friends. The hiking trails are tailor-made for them, too. Of course, if you prefer big water, go offsite approximately 10 minutes to Lake Michigan, the third largest of the Great Lakes and the only one located entirely within the United States. The soft, white sand is known as singing sands because of the squeaking noise it makes when walked on.
