BOARD POSTING PROPOSED CHANGE TO A&A RULES

Are you as active as you think you are? Do you sleep well? Are you doing everything you can to improve your overall health? One way to know if you are is to purchase a fitness tracker. It can be a valuable tool if you use it. To ensure you do, you need to choose the one that will fit your lifestyle and motivate you effectively. Do you want to just monitor your daily activities or fine tune your workouts? There are two types of fitness trackers: all day trackers and training trackers. The all day trackers can track steps, stairs climbed, exercise duration, calories burned, active minutes, and sleep time. The training trackers can do all of those plus track heart rate, breathing patterns, miles traveled, speed, pace, route, swimming pool lap times, etc. Which functions are most important to you? What is your personal preference? Do you want a bracelet, clip - on, or a watch style? What color do you want? How much do you want to spend? Please take the time to investigate all the different fitness trackers to determine which one will help you improve your overall health. Make 2016 your healthiest year. P AM W ALKER Chair
