ADPE 15 HEART HEALTHY EXERCISE 1.5 units • LG-P/NP • Five hours lab

This course is designed for students who have, or are at high risk for, cardiovascular conditions that prevent their safe participation in regular physical education. The emphasis is on positive lifestyle changes including diet, stress management, and exercise. May be repeated based on Title 5,

ASSOCIATE IN SCIENCE FOR TRANSFER DEGREE The Associate in Science in Administration of Justice for Transfer degree (AS-T in Administration of Justice) program prepares students for transfer into the California State University system to pursue bachelor’s degree programs in Administration of Justice or similar areas. Students must complete the Associate Degree for Transfer requirements to earn the AS-T degree.
