Solid Endmills for Chamfering AVIC Endmills for Aerospace Parts

Outstanding sharpness significantly reduces burrs! High rake design reduces the amount of surface warping caused by machining

1

Chamfering Endmill AVIC

¢ Features • Cutting force is significantly reduced by the high rake design of the cutting edge. Burr-free machining suppresses the surface warping caused by machining. • For machining titanium alloys (KH26) and nickel-based heat- resistant alloys (ACF07C). Special materials are used for each to achieve stable and long tool life.

• Highly efficient machining with a 3-flute design

• Chamfering of front and back surfaces with only one tool
