At rennie, among the things we believe in are the importance of people and the Japanese business philosophy of kaizen (continuous improvement). The perfect place these two beliefs intersect is in listening to and acting on feedback from our people. As a rennie advisor, we’re always looking for your feedback on the leadership of the organization, culture, systems, processes, and platforms in order to make everything better. Here are some of the ways we do this.
OPEN DOOR POLICY At every level of the organization, we encourage open communication - it’s no secret. Authentic connection helps us build stronger relationships within our teams, and promotes the personal and professional growth that helps us all succeed as leaders in the industry. ADVISORY PANEL Every year, we nominate a group of advisors to be a part of our advisory panel. Working alongside the Executive and internal brand, marketing, and tech teams, the panel gets together several times throughout the year to help shape the brokerage’s process, initiatives, platform, and systems to better serve every rennie advisor.
