Employee-Driven Cause Program CREA’s Employee-Driven Cause Program supports 12 monthly causes that resonate with employees by offering a dollar-for-dollar match for all employee donations, up to $250. This program promotes a culture of philanthropy and encourages employees to contribute to the causes that are meaningful to them and their colleagues. The following non-profits will be supported in 2025: • ASPCA • Boys & Girls Club of the Twin Cities • The DREAM Program • Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Inc. • Hillsboro Symphony Orchestra • Italian Home for Children • Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation • Over the Rhine Community Housing • SAMMinistries • SDSU Adapted Athletics • SAMMinistries • St. Mary’s Home for Boys • Trinity Haven
