Innovat ions in Urban Renewal The story of “The Flats” Redevelopment in Wilmington was submitted by Landmark Science & Engineering and selected from projects nationwide as one of the Top Four urban renewal projects for inclusion in Engineering, Inc. , magazine published by the national American Council of Engineering Companies. Landmark and architect, Architectural Alliance, Inc. worked together on the project.
