ARAMUS, NJ — Lee & Associates, NJ an- nounced that they have successfully completed a long- term office lease transaction for the 1st floor of 45 Eisenhower Dr., a prime Bergen County location, on behalf of Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages of- fice properties throughout New Jersey. This is a five-story, 175,000 s/f class A building. The office space has been leased for a long-term agree- ment by Lightbridge Academy (earlier known as Rainbow Academy), a family of early learning centers that provides early education and care to chil- dren ages six weeks through kindergarten. The long-term lease agreement was handled by Lee & Associate’s senior vice president, David Saltzman, who worked closely with John G. Osborne, executive direc- tor of leasing and market- ing for Bergman Real Estate Group headquartered in Iselin. Saltzman has over 30 years of brokerage experience through- out Central New Jersey, with extensive experience as partner at both Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman, one of New Jersey’s most formidable old line real estate firms, and then with Newmark Knight Frank, after the two firms merged.
