WARM CHIPPED BEEF DIP INGREDIENTS: 2-1/2 oz jar of dried beef, rinsed, dried and cut into small pieces 16 oz cream cheese softened 1/4 cup mayo

1 cup sour cream 3-4 Tbsps milk (just enough to make this spread spreadable) 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients, adding milk last, and just until it is spreadable to your liking. (at least 3 Tablespoons of milk, more if you like it thinner)Mix very well (this is where the Kitchen Aide comes in handy. You want it very blended and smooth.) 2. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min- utes. Serve with crackers and breads. Recipecourtesyof DebCrane fromjustapinch.com
