COOL CUCUMBER SALAD INGREDIENTS: 2 cucumbers 1 small red onion 2 Tbsps vinegar or lemon juice 2 Tbsps sour cream salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped DIRECTIONS: 1. Slice the onion and cucumbers up very thinly (sometimes I chop the cucumbers up instead of slicing them, but it’s up to you) 2.
