larik_malasha/iStock/Getty Images Plus BROCCOLI GRATIN INGREDIENTS: 2 1/4 lbs broccoli florets 3 Tbsps butter 3 Tbsps all- purpose flour 2 cups milk 2 Tbsps stone-ground mustard pinch of salt 1/8 tsp nutmeg ground pinch of pepper 4 oz gruyere, shredded
DIRECTIONS: 1. Place broccoli in a steamer over boiling water. Steam for 10 minutes. Place broccoli in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 minute and whisk constantly, until bubbly. 3. Stir in mustard and next 3 inredients. 4.
