FRITO PIE INGREDIENTS:
1 medium bag Fritos 2 cans Hormel chili 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 small onion, chopped 1 cup shredded cheese (taco blend or cheddar)
DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a pie plate (I prefer stoneware), line bottom of plate with Fritos. Spoon the two cans of chili on top. Spread the onions over the chili, then spread the sour cream, then top withmore Fritos until covered. (You will have some Fritos leftover for snacking.) Top with shredded cheese. 2. Bake for about 30 minutes until crispy and slightly bubbly.
