DIRECTIONS: 1. In large bowl mix hamburger meat and sausage together with Rotel. 2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and clean out insides. Then stuff pepper about half full with meat mixture add layer of Velveeta and then fill the rest of pepper with the meat mixture and wrap individual pepper in foil with open side towards top and place in glass baking dish and cook for about an hour on 400 degrees or until you see juices in bottom of pan and peppers are tender. SPRING ROLLS INGREDIENTS:
3 green onions, diced 2 Tbsps soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 package egg roll wraps
2 cups cabbage, shredded 1/2 cups carrots, shredded 1/4 cups diced green peppers
DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all ingredients except egg roll wraps together.
2. Place one tablespoon of vegetable mix in the corner of a wrap. 3. Fold the wrap like an envelope. When finished folding dab edges of wrap with water to seal. 4.
