DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix peanut butter and cinnamon in a small bowl. 2. Cut apples into wedges with a knife or an apple slicer without cutting all of the way through. Core the apple. 3. Place the apple in the palm of your hand, loosely holding the wedges while you fill with peanut butter mixture. (Don't overfill or peanut butter will ooze out sides when you put it back together.) 4. Press wedges together and top off with a little more peanut butter. Can be made the night before, if wrapped tightly in saran wrap. recipe courtesy of Family Favorites from justapinch.com
