COOL CUCUMBER SALAD INGREDIENTS: 2 cucumbers 1 small red onion 2 Tbsps vinegar or lemon juice 2 Tbsps sour cream salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped DIRECTIONS: 1. Slice the onion and cucumbers up very thinly (sometimes I chop the cucumbers up instead of slicing them, but it’s up to you) 2. YUMMY SLOPPY JOES INGREDIENTS:
1 2/3 cups canned crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp steak sauce 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground mustard 1/4 tsp paprika 8 sandwich buns, split
2 lbs lean ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsps brown sugar 1 Tbsp white vinegar 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 celery ribs with leaves, chopped 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
DIRECTIONS: 1. In a Dutch oven over mediumheat brown your ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper until the meat is no longer pink and the veggies are tender; drain. 2. Preheat broiler.
