Statewide Emergency Awareness
Since 2020 AEVEX has supported California Office of Emergency Services through a contract with Orange County Fire Authority. AEVEX took the small pilot program from a test concept to a successful operational program flying over 2,000 hours conducting Emergency Incidents throughout the entire state of California.
Custom and Flexible Software Backbone
AEVEX owns and builds the custom software for FIRIS that integrates multiple airborne sensors into one complete data gathering system. The software can process that data to build custom products for immediate dissemination to California senior leaders through traditional systems or mobile devices. Our products are fed to UCSD supercomputers for accurate incident modeling.
Quick Reaction Capability Solutions
The AEVEX Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) team is comprised of subject matter experts that incorporates best practices from industry and our vast military experience with leading edge technology in sensors, collection, processing, and dissemination of critical information. AEVEX brings the same QRC capability to the state of CA and the FIRIS program as we do to our most demanding DoD and industry customers.
