INGREDIENTS:

• 1 medium sweet apple (with peel on) • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/4 cup rolled oats • 1/2 cup chopped frozen banana (about half of a large banana) • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (to taste) • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon • Pinch ground nutmeg • Pinch ground allspice • A small handful of ice • Pinch of cinnamon to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

• Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. • Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy.
